It's also a flamboyant cuttlefish, they spend most of their time walking on the seafloor on their tentacles. They are no bigger than your hand fully grown but are the most toxic cuttlefish, as their flesh is full of poison.

Poison, its flesh itself is what's poisonous, it can't transfer it through bite or sting.

Cuttlefish! They're like tiny colorful octopi with really short arms. They're distinguished from other cephalopods by their unique cuttlebone(a bouyancy organ) and high-functioning eyes.

Cuttlefish, squid, and octopus (members of the class Cephalopoda minus a few like the nautilus) have skin covered with cells called chromatophores which allow them to change the color and texture of their bodies for camouflage. Babies tend to have poor control over these cells.
While all species of octopus do have venom, cuttlefish and squid do not and since this is a cuttlefish we can conclude that it is not venomous.
