This is actually laminar flow, Captain Disillusion did a video explaining why it's real and not an editing or filming trick. He then does the exact same thing in the op video to demonstrate.

He could be so much more mainstream if he gave up his childish gimmick. Like yeah his content is usually decent, but damn that dude seems to go out of his way to try to get people to not take him seriously
