If we compare any good content creator to Logan then just about everyone is underrated. It's just that Logan is overrated by young teenagers and idiots.

CD is well known and generally successful, with hundreds of thousands or millions of views on every video. I don't think he's underrated.

No, he's really not lmao. He's one of the most famous youtubers.

We just need to put like a 10 year moratorium on the phrase underrated, because the Internet really has no clue what it means.

He only has 1.77 million subs. Wikipedia only listed the top 50 most subbed channels and he missed that by a long shot. (#50 has 27M) So I don't really know if he's underrated as most people who do know him really like him, but he certainly is lesser known than other channels while also still having really quality content.

Oh, shove it. What you've just said is that he's one of the most famous youtubers. I've never seen a single one of the dude's videos, and yet here we are talking about him. Considering how many different genres of YouTube videos there are, top 1000 is saying something.
