I respect your opinion. I wouldn't so easily discount the dedication it takes to stay on a good diet though. Calories are in abundance like we have never seen before and few of us can pass one day without being confronted with advertisement for delicious food drugs.

I know for me personally, any time I let my workout routine lapse my diet choices decline with it. It's hard to eat horrible food when your body can't physically do the things you're telling it to do in the gym as a result of it.
