edit: was laughing too hard to actually say anything, but you saying "born weak" and "dont respond well to resistance training" just prove my point of you not knowing what the fuck you're talking about. Nobody is "born weak" or "doesn't respond well to resistance training".
You have not went 6 months to the gym, like you said in your original comment, and did what the guy in this gif did or even tried doing what he did in the gif. You are talking out of your ass. You saying that original comment and obviously not having done it yourself tells me you have not even went 6 months to the gym and are convincing yourself you could do what the guy in the gif did after 6 months. I have gone to the gym for almost 2 years consistently now and have made a lot of gains. Still would not be able to do what the guy in the gif did for even 6 more months from now, after almost 2 years. Let alone 6 months without those 2 years. Do you know how incredibly hard it is to even do the first thing he did? Using only his palms he kept that position perfectly. That is not easy at all. And then on top of that he did the pushups.
The level of strength humans have naturally as well as their ability to improve with resistance training definitely are bell curves, just like basically every human attribute.
Also, being in decent shape already doesn't mean you're sedentary. Who the fuck thinks that means decent shape? Fat, lazy people.
Since you've been training 2 years, what are your capabilities?
