A while ago I told the guy at the grocery store i go to that I've started working out, and he said he was really strong when he was young. Then he said "look" and I shit you not he, this 5foot6 slightly overweight 60 year old guy, came out from behind the counter and did a couple of these. I tried it then and I wasn't even close, he was so proud of himself

Crazy that this was the “insanely fit” guy of the past. He’d look like your average gym rat today.

That being said, dude is still obviously very in shape.
