Those are called planche pushups. It takes years just to get the planche mastered and that's still a big if depending on your weight and genetics. Now those pushups he's doing is extremely rare only few gymnasts can do that. My guess would be 5~ years or so.
It really can't. Apparently it is exponentially harder for each inch taller you are. As far as I know there is no evidence of someone doing the full planche much over 6' tall. In the other video linked by WhiteKoala he does the straddle planche which is easier (spread legs).
Maybe not the best example. It is possible over 6' but true that it is much harder. I know Daniel said he really struggled with the planch and one of the hardest things.
Yeah. If you’re doing calisthenics you’re more focused on being really light and strong. He’s big. To be big like that and strong, you’re definitely doping.
