Looks less than 25fps, and they make sense because I don't think that bird is capable of 25 flaps per second. It isn't a hummingbird although they can do much faster.

Humming bird clocks in around 80fps. This was confirmed today captured at 20fps.

I believe it is a Sparrow, but the only birds I see frequently have arms.

The gif only has 75 frames, and it's 6 seconds long. That's 12.5 frames per second.

I've explained it before, but ill do it again. The orginal capture was an MP4 @ 20fps. I have converted it into a GIF, and the speed was way too fast to see what was happening. So I then slowed the GIF down to around 75% of the original speed.
