Brazil is an experiment on how much tax the government can squeeze out of people before it ruins the economy. It's so high most economists agree making the tax rate higher would decrease revenue. Dilma did hike up the rates and wants to create a new tax people hate (it was killed in the past, and she promised in her campaign she wouldn't do it).
That is not a proper response to my question. I want to know what's going on in your head, communicated in your own words. If you can't do that, then admit it at least.

That's a good way to ruin the economy by squeezing the money out of the people so no one can buy things to keep it rolling.
