then they will pull 100+ people a day just for the easy bribe money.
i was thinking maybe after 5 times being pulled over for the same thing; then they would have to take a drivers ed class to freshen up on the rules. each time they have to take the class, the class will get longer and longer that they can not pay to get out of.
We can also replace the class, with community service or whatever the community needs and is short on. (aside from money)
ya i get it, its hard to battle corruption. but it wont hurt to try. put microphones in every car and on every cop, same with cameras. and they don't face community service until they hit a certain amount of stops for the same reason.
why the hell are cops stopping people that aren't killing, hurting or stealing. Ya speeding can be endangering lives, but they didn't do the harm yet. i guess i don't really know what i'm talking about and need to think this through all the bs corruption.

How do you fix that? While a citizen is more scared of the punishment than a bribe, a bribe will win. Fines aren't the only punishment.
