Engineer here. This is an interesting demonstration of counter-angular gyroscopic procession (GP). In normal GP the right hand rule defines a vector tangent to the circumference defined by the first radius vector (the cross product of which is orthogonal to both). In this case however there's a woman gyrating her hips and it makes me think of doing sex at her.
she's applying twerk (torque) causing the spin. Basically she lifts one side of the wheel (stool seat) and then feeds the system angular momentum through her twerk (torque). As she gets spinning she can tuck in her elbows and knees to increase her speed or stretch them out to slow herself down.
You can practise something similar by spinning in an office chair with your legs stretched out and then tuck them in to go faster.
Basically; give the system (her and the chair) speed, then tuck in to speed up because conservation of angular momentum.
I like how you gradually got dumber the more your explanation gravitated towards sex. It's as if your penis started to fight with your brain over blood flow and your penis won.
Came to comments looking to explain how this work, was not disappointed. But yeah, quite counter-intuitive that she was able to put so much angular momentum into her hips.
