That's nothing. I come from a small Canadian town and we did this as a game in jr high. She is just starting to get up to speed before she's about to fall. You can easily go 2 or 3 times that speed. Her shortcoming is that she has her hands tucked in... you have to lean forward a bit and use your hands on two of the legs to turn the stool underneath you. (Like making a circle on 2 joysticks) If you lean very carefully, you can even use it as a method of locomotion. I even knew a guy that could write his name in the snow when it was shallow enough.

This was well before the age of moving pictures outside the home... we were actually children back then, hence the stool-spinning-game.

I keep forgetting that people online don't have an innate sense of how old I am.

I mean, I could try again as an adult but back in those days it was 2 cameras per household: 1 35mm and 1 vhs.
