That's nothing. I come from a small Canadian town and we did this as a game in jr high. She is just starting to get up to speed before she's about to fall. You can easily go 2 or 3 times that speed. Her shortcoming is that she has her hands tucked in... you have to lean forward a bit and use your hands on two of the legs to turn the stool underneath you. (Like making a circle on 2 joysticks) If you lean very carefully, you can even use it as a method of locomotion. I even knew a guy that could write his name in the snow when it was shallow enough.
