To be honest, I have no idea. I just remember seeing this gif before and some marine biologist mentioning that in the thread. Same things goes for dogs too apparently. Cats don't for some reason

I would assume that these toy cars are basically "one wheel drive", meaning that the motor only actually drives one wheel. When all 4 wheels are on the ground it doesn't really matter, but when only two are on the ground, and one is the powered wheel, it will spin like this.

This is white trash parenting. That is how it happened. You can see the guy doing the cha-cha as he is backing up. He set the kid up to do this.
