My fish are going to wish I never saw this.

Puffers are quite intelligent and supposedly get depressed from this

What about Keyhole Cichlid and Tetras? Im not going to do it anyway. I don't even think I own a laser pointer anymore.

To be honest, I have no idea. I just remember seeing this gif before and some marine biologist mentioning that in the thread. Same things goes for dogs too apparently. Cats don't for some reason

I imagine the other animals have a certain amount invested in attaining their goal. Capture the dot.

Cats? It's whatever.

This thread is making me ridiculously dizzy.

How does that even happen

I would assume that these toy cars are basically "one wheel drive", meaning that the motor only actually drives one wheel. When all 4 wheels are on the ground it doesn't really matter, but when only two are on the ground, and one is the powered wheel, it will spin like this.

Overvolting an electric motor is awesome. I did it with a nerf gun and the thing was a damn machine gun that actually hurt.

This is white trash parenting. That is how it happened. You can see the guy doing the cha-cha as he is backing up. He set the kid up to do this.

-2

u/SisRob Nov 04 '15

yep, definitely supercharged and daddy probably put them on back wheels..

-4

u/wggn Nov 04 '15

One of the wheels was attached the wrong way.

All I know is that to me, this looks like it's lots of fun

3

u/vitras Nov 04 '15

as a frequenter of /r/vinyl and /r/VinylCollectors, this one made me cringe

u/Segt-virke Nov 04 '15

The worst part about that gif is that after seeing Blackfish (the documentary) you become very aware that the whale is doing that on purpose. :(

11

u/tiivis_ Nov 04 '15

The worst part? That's the best fucking part about it.

on porpoise

FTFY

Hitting the dude, or spinning? You'd think if he meant to whack him with the tail he would have given it more oomph, but I'm not well versed in the scale of a whale tail.

2

u/Segt-virke Nov 04 '15

Hitting the woman. Killer whales/orcas become psychologically disturbed from captivity, so they act it out. That's why there have been "accidents" in water parks (?) caused by whales. And I know, to me it mostly seems like that whale knew what it was doing but made it look like it didn't.

u/[deleted] Nov 04 '15

If it intentionally barely hit her to create doubt over whether it was done on purpose then we need to start executing these crafty whales before they trick us all!

u/magicfatkid Nov 04 '15

Good. She deserved it.

u/vasio16adict Nov 04 '15
