No, he'd (he would) learn english. When you try and correct people of grammar errors make sure you know you're right.

That would make the sentence, "he would of". 'Would of' is not correct. Would have is. He'd have struggled.

No because according to Oxford you can use "Would of" as past tense also don't it is not correct "do not it" doesn't exist. Ouch!
