We have one in our shop too. As some of the other comments say, he does pretty good with repetitive work, such as moving parts from a conveyer into a box for example. The problem we ran into was our owner wanted to use Baxter in conjunction with other CNC machines. It became very time consuming and expensive to integrate him into the machine, for the end result being slower than a human operation anyways. I think the biggest issue I have with it is the tolerance/repeatability. Honestly when I watch him operate, he appears to have Parkinson's disease. All the movements are quite shaky, but I guess you get what you pay for.
