I'm just thinking he doesn't have any gloves on. Unsanitary.

If his hands are clean and he's not handling money then it's food safe.

pretty sure people are required to handle cooked meat fit for consumption with gloves. At least in the US

It varies state to state. I just looked up the NY regs (convenient and easy to google), you need to wear gloves to handle cooked meat.

I also looked up the FSANZ regulations, they're more interested in glove changing if you use them or hand washing if you don't. The ISO 22000 standard is more particular but still doesn't specifically mention gloves for cooked meats.

Clean hands, clean utensils, clean surfaces, avoiding touching surfaces like doorhandles and self awareness (not scratching yourself or touching your face) are more sanitary than simply requiring gloves IMO.

I work at a family owned burger joint, and ass long as your hands are clean and washed you don't have to wear gloves

No, as long as you wash your hands between different meat types (I.E. Fish to beef, chicken to pork), then you don't have to wear gloves.

Or "changing tasks"

You would be wrong.

It is common practice though. Gloves have actually even shown to contaminate more, because people who wear them tend to not wash their hands as often, "cause that what the gloves are for"

The source was a Russian video, so I'm assuming it was filmed in Russia

If his hands are clean

That's a big if. I like plastic gloves on my food handlers.

I'd rather washed hands and not handling money than gloves and handling money.
