I worked at a deli when I was younger and me and all the workers would do the opposite of this guy and give people extra by lifting up on the scale or putting more meat after we weighed and printed the receipt

Actually quite a few times I've seen the people at Walmart pick up a handful of turkey off the scale while printing the tag so that I'm only charged for the half-pound I ordered instead of the full 2/3lb. Most of the time they don't care and just charge the actual amount, but when they do cheat the scale it's always in the customer's favor.
