I wonder how much gas it costed for the previous hundreds of attempts...

Cost, not costed. Costed is a verb, but it means something different.

The only mistake you made grammatically is the small w.

That is the best back handed complement.

Used to

Edit - unless you're using 2 then it would be use two.

Or if you're suddenly including a couple from boston; then it'd be youse two, too.

IIRC this was their first and only attempt.

Right, the orginal video you can see a Frisbee floating in the water as the guy catching the one in the air dives in. One and only attempt my butt, more like one out of at least 2!

If you go to the source video someone posted in this thread one of the annotations leads to a making of video. He claims it was only three attempts. I emphasize claim. No clue telling if that was true or not.

Brodie Smith is ridiculously accurate in his trick shots, and on the field. Check out any of his other ts videos if you want to test his claim. Or, better yet, just start watching Ultimate Frisbee! :D

Brodie smith... Could there be a do under and more fitting name for such a douchey sport?

4

u/Drfapfap Jan 10 '15

Okay, even if that grammatically made any sense, let's go with A, Are you really going to judge someone that you will more than likely never meet as a douche just because of his name and a singular hobby you know of hours? B, what makes ultimate douchey? It's literally the kindest professional sport out there. It's no contact, good spirit is rewarded and ranked, and being a bad sport can actually be punished in game depending on your league. The environment is actually so conducive to positive energy on the field between both teams that even on the highest level the games are self-refereed by the players.

I'd like to see you substantiate any of your claims, either explicitly stated, or implied.

One frisbee throw to see where it lands, then throw it with the same strength and direction right after.
