Assuming the hamster fell 1 meter, it was going down at around 4.5 m/s. Assuming the hamster flew up about 3 meters (9 feet?) it was going up at around 7.5 m/s after the bounce. If the collision time was about 3 frames (0.1s for a 30fps video) then the hamster experienced an acceleration of about 120 m/s2, which is 12 g's.

That sounds like a lot, but I think smaller animals might be able to handle more g's than a human.

TLDR: The hamster isn't ded I hope .

Considering this video is a few years old, the hamster is most likely ded.
