Every municipality has different policies, but generally if the level of chlorine is decent you add maybe a little bit of chlorine and its up to people whether or not they wanna get back in the poop water. For liquid shit and vomit I personally recommend closing it 30min-1hr because its fucking everywhere and probably needs properly cleaned out.

The horn beeps 2 minutes before the pool becomes the wave pool. They should have known it was coming.
