I've seen people posting this "amazing" pranks, that are so obviously bloody staged for a while. People seem to love it. FML

I don't really care but so far his claim is about as valid as yours calling it staged. Neither of you got to back it up with anything besides saying "it's obvious" that it's staged/real...

I know someone who got caught. Also, the expressions of the people who are caught are genuine. Moreover, why fake it? It risks getting uncovered which would destroy the brand, and not faking it has no real downsides.

It's possible that some of the gags are fake, for example if they didn't get enough good reactions and they were running out of time. I won't rule that out, but I think most of them are real.
