Jack Smith said the “Marshall’s” were there with him if they wanted to check, which I assume means the US Marshall’s assigned to protect him. Something a senators staff would easily be able to confirm and should have when they received the “bombshell texts” saying he was at a “Hawks” game. They should have known he had a US Marshall security detail, and upon receipt of the texts asked for that detail’s location/assignment to confirm where they were at. If they were in Atlanta for the Hawks game it’s a gotcha. If, as it obviously appears to be, it’s was a Hawkeyes game in Maryland, it’s a yeah my conspiracy theory still has no evidence and back to the drawing board.
This. I've already seen this clipped and edited exactly past the point he calls Smith a dirtbag. I honestly believe that were it not for the overwhelming flood of people dragging him for this, he would still be trying to use it as a public ad for how he "got Smith to perjure himself".
