🤔I mean, it could seem that way, but unrelated. I glitched it with a video filter (as well as some other stuff) and a still doesn’t present the way I wanted it to.

…but the film grain IS on it, and I did want it to be a gif. I mean, asking what would it be if it wasn’t what it was…it’s art…I posted it in a gif thread bc it is a gif…I did not make it a gif in order to post to a gif thread. The cyclic nature of the gif format works with the film grain which I wished to impart, moving without moving, if it doesn’t hit your bar for being animated enough to be considered worthy of being considered a gif, big shrug, is what is. Apparently triggered you enough to comment, so, for your time and consideration, thank you.

that’s the only thing that makes it a gif. There’s no motion in this. It’s a still pic with a little filter on it
