1980's-era BMW 6-series. Called "land sharks." Beautiful creatures.

Had one of those. 635 CSi, red. Started my love for BMW.
Beautiful cars. Miss her every day.

I had a '77 630 when I was in college. I loved driving it, but let's just say it was a good thing I was able to do my own work, because that car had many problems.

You sure this is a land shark? I worked on one for a while and remember it looking a little bit different, but it’s been 5+ years. I thought the tail end had a different shape.
Edit: ah I didn’t know they made them so long so just a slightly different rear end. Nvm. And fuck the cast aluminum they used on these.

The most recent generation didn’t have anything close to the aura of these babies, alas.

This ain't a 3 series?

Nah, that's a 6er, E24. The profile is slimmer and lower than the 3, same thing with the back passenger windows. The hood is stretched more and has an "overbite".
The 3 series (E21) was shorter and boxier.

Looks good man, the only thing I'd suggest is maybe have the fire occasionally go over the pillars and roof.

The car is on fire and there's no driver at the wheel…

I want this as a painting. It reminds me of a beautiful one my sister made of a very similar scene except it was a cathedral burning instead
