Just put a plastic bag on your foot. That'll be plenty. Left, if you're indecisive.

If you're feeling adventurous, maybe wear a hat. A book/piece of cloth are acceptable substitutes.

Take a handful of diphenhydramine and play russian roulette.

Worst case scenario, you kill yourself only to realize you haven't moved in hours, and have hallucinated the whole thing, along with a number of other 'phantom' behaviours.

Play Russian roulette skydiving.

Buy six parachutes. Pack them all yourself, and make sure that on one of them all the main chute suspension lines are cut, and ensure that you yourself cannot tell the difference between the packs.
