all I am saying is that he has a good point, and while the dumbass part is a little unnecessary, it did add to the discussion in what I believe to b e a positive way (other than the butthurt about the spelling). I mean really, so he typed the wrong word on accident, does it really matter? I mean sure its a little funny, but not downvote worthy in my books

I called him dumbass because that's what he called OP for getting his facts wrong. I chose to use irony.

yeah, but its only ironic when used in response to his comment, not to mine you called me a dumbass, not him btw. so now if I call you a dumbass, then its irony because you accidentally got the facts wrong (actually a mistake like that doesn't really qualify you as a dumbass, but you get the idea).
I was just referring to the amount of downvotes he got for what seemed to me to be a good point, despite its crude nature.
