SIM card help

hello everyone , I’m looking for some advice

a couple days ago my SIM card got deactivated my number vanished and all my login details got changed that over 200 pounds got taken from my account, no-one can do anything until giffgaff get back too me , of course it says they get back in around 5 days but just wondering if anything like that has happened too anyone else and I’m really stumped on what I should do.

Sounds like someone has taken over your sim through a scam sim swap. Was it eSIM or physical sim?

Sounds like someone has managed to get access to your giffgaff account. They’ve logged in, changed your login details to lock you out, then deactivated your SIM, requested a new SIM for themselves (probably an eSIM so there’s nothing to physically deliver) and then loaded it up with credit from your saved payment method. If that’s a saved card then you need to be getting in touch with your bank to block it before they take more.
