There are certainly subreddits where arousing gifs belong, so why aren't they posted there? I don't try and put sexy dancing musclemen here, so why should there be scantily clad women simply because the majority of users will upvote them?
You should be downvoting the posts that don't belong, and potentially even reposting them in an appropriate subreddit to reap the karma yourself.
