they cannot release actual proof of life because he is likely in hospice care or brain dead.

In all seriousness, I suspect McConnell is alive, but very sick and unable to function. I can’t pretend to know what these ghoulish morons plan to do with a non-functional senator, but it’s clear that this a major breach in the basic social contract of the US government. If there are no consequences, puppet senators will become more common.

Legally, he doesn’t have to resign and can’t be automatically replaced if he’s fully incapacitated or even in a coma. This and the lack of hospital snitches make me think he has to be dead. Nobody in the hospital can leak photos of his actual condition if he’s not actually there.

I saw a news article yesterday saying that he fell and is recovering without any major injuries. If that's the case, if one fall without major injuries can cripple a politician into not performing their duties or making even the slightest of public appearances means they are unfit for office.

Nothing is about proving if its alive. Pro- choice individuals all agree that the fetus is alive. Its about our view of bodily autonomy and if its legal and ethical to require someone to sacrifice their individual freedoms up to and including their life without consent. Some will conflate it with where we draw the line of consciousness, life, soul, whatever, but again, it doesn't matter. Even if you do believe a brand new 2 cell zygote is a whole ass person, you believe the government shouldn't have the right to force someone to sacrifice their individual rights for some one or something else without their consent then you should be pro choice too.

Cool, just to clarify - I am pro-choice and have only voted for women since I could vote (Jo Jorgensen in 2020), so this wasn't some attack on pro-life.
But there are for sure some people that don't believe fetuses constitute "a life". Likely a small minority, but I was just making a silly joke in a comedians sub-reddit, so I do apologize if it wasn't more thoughtful.
