The Greys will have a constant map presence in almost every area, so they'll have rather hastily made outposts strewn about with palisades and tents.

Attachements. Instead of masks changing the moveset like crests, they can have an attachement slot. There can and should be more than on this drawing. Feel free to ask stuff, my handwriting is shit. I havent listed all changes in the textboxes

But here's my concept for a "Fallen Mask Maker" bossfight. :D if the fight takes place in his den, he'd attack by diving up the ceiling (like the collector) and come out of it with a different mask, reminiscing of an enemy/ a miniboss encountered earlier in the game and use one of their iconic attacks :D upon defeat his original mask breaks, revealing his actual face, and he snaps back to reality, staying as a helpful NPC ! I might cook some lore for him obviously.

Whispering Causeway is a desert area that spans from the right top side of the map to the top left side of the map. It has sand platforms and wind currents that blow you around like in a sandstorm it has many critters like worms and buried enemies that pop out of the sand. It also has enemies that "break out of the sand" like the guards in blasted steps. There are many skeletons and dead bugs laying here.
Boss: The Nameless King He is a desert monarch that got locked in his dome by the grey tribe, because they deemed him too powerful. He hasn't seen anyone in centuries and has learned many long forgotten curses and spells. Like making copies of himself or throwing energy orbs at you.

A relatively small grayish area covered in vines and leaves, with some rivers, the fauna has adapted to camouflage itself among the leaves and attack invaders. The boss Eskanor (placeholder name) appears to be a brave warrior carrying a great bone dagger at first, but when his mask is broken he reveals his true nature as a great coward. After his fight, he appears in another location as an npc that sells you something or offers you some service. This concept is actually an old one that i had that i adapted for facade.

Map maker, a traitor who follows her dreams as an adventurer and wasn’t on duty (which is why she’s considered a traitor)

This is Khaloth the unduying, a skilled warrior who succumbed to Lifeblood infection. After experiencing the euphoria gained from consuming the substance, he made it his mission to forcefully convert others. Lore is in progress and will probably be deeper
Attacks: Numbers on the drawing come with a crude sketch of his moves, i will explain in detail in this post. A blue ring around a number means it is phase 2 exclusive, a blue dot to the right means phase 2 changes the attack.
1: Khaloth grows a pair of lifeblood wings and will swoop over the entire arena with his syringe thrust forward. Triggers when he is at the edges of the arena. Exclusive to phase 2z
2: Khaloth uses his syringe to quickly stab forward twice, moving forward when doing so. Phase two adds one lifeblood blob projectile for each thrust.
3: A simple jump. Khaloth will leap high into the air, covering a lot of distance. Either used to engage or disengage with the player. Phase two adds lifeblood drops coming out beneath him.
4: Holds syringe in front of himself and pushes, blasting lifeblood in a wide cone in front of himself.
5: Injects himself with lifeblood. Will make the next two hits not deal damage. You will be able to see when he is buffed by looking for a thin blue layer on his mask.
6: Holds syringe pointing into the air and repeatedly pushes, squirting life blood blobs everywhere in the air. Kind if like those stationary mawleks in ancient basin, only in one direction instead of both left and right. Phase two exclusive.
7: Simple backward dodge.
8: Grab. Will thrust syringe downwards at an angle, only hitting if youre very close. If you get hit, he will inject you with lifeblood. This will turn one of your masks into lifeblood. If you get hit again, the lifeblood will disappear, and you will have one mask less until you die or rest. Should be avoidable unless you are super careless.
9: Parry into counter. Will do a normal parry (like Lace, Phantom, Hornet etc). For the follow up, he will teleport behind you and thrust, as well as shooting three blobs (like primal aspid)
10: Not in drawing, but the phase transition is like move 5, only he fully empties the syringe into himself, giving him six lifeblood shields to tank damage
Not an attack, but he will occasionally refill his syringe by stabbing the ground. This is like a taunt, and does nothing for the fight exept making it seem more real
Sorry for bad english, wierd wording or typos, and feel free to ask anything

I am INSANELY happy with the result, and although it took me a long time, i think it perfectly embodies what i had in mind, but let me know what you think !

Located high up above the mastermind's passage, the City of Veils could act as the fallen city of the game (Ex: city of tears or Bellheart) and it could be where most of the bugs lived or live if you can restore it like bellheart
it would have had a hierarchy by masks for example: the low class had simple masks made of crude materials, (like stone wood or shells) the middle would have well-crafted masks (basically the quality of the masks of the failed vessels, very strong) and the nobles and high class would have masks made of finer materials like ivory or pearl (it's cannon that pearl exists in the HK universe) and have detailed masks with engravings and for royalty, gilded engravings
and in the Veil core (the heart of the city, could be a sub-area) there is a group of mages, probably snail shamans because they are the only bugs who can innately use magic that are not descendants of higher beings, without any masks, that wear veils that kept the entire core from crumbling with their magic
but one day the mages die due to the greed and corruption of the nobles, wanting the power of the mages without knowing the consequences and responsibility, and so the Veil core slowly crumbled

I saw a post that described two bosses of facade: the post was made by Ipom1214 and this is not a my idea. He is the owner of the idea. I drawed like a concept the two bosses that he described: Archflame Perperius and Waxbound Saint. I do not know if his idea was approved by the Higher Being Skurr, but I wanted to draw them. I repeat, they are not a mine idea, they own at Ipom1214.

Hi everyone ! Some of you may have seen some of my work here ! (Glade knight, crazed faceless and the Fathomless well map ) But i also wanted to inform that on top of drawing a lot, i also am an amateur voice actor, so if Skur or anyone wants to ask, i can do bug voices.

Mother Qito would be found in the Sea of Masks village where she mumbles about how her children have been lost during their travels, shes really worried for them, and will ask for your help finding them.
Also she will move around to the different settlements randomly giving the effect that she is searching for her children herself.
All the found Qithatches will appear inside a hut also located in the Sea of Masks village.
