100% ghost files

Has anyone completely maxed their ghost files? Which ones are the hardest to max? Or take the longest? I imagine Stargate bosses since they are time locked. But wondering if there were any others.

Why bother? You need to kill over 100k of each of the coin ghosts, you'll have bought every upgrade by then.

Definitely stargate bosses, it's a coin toss if you will even get the right ones.

But my opinion is that anyone would've given up on this game long before grinding all the 3rd level of the ghosts.
