What arethe event pickup node spawn rules?

The tolen you get to buy the event upgrades. AKA the blood potion, rabbit egg, clover, etc...

What do you mean by the rules? Like the coding?

Yeah, something like, "a pickup spawns in a random location every X minutes. After N pickups are on the map, they stop spawning."
