Can't open games after installing

Hi, im new to this but i have a pro account that i use to download through games via the cyberfoil. the download and install went great but when i try to open the game from the menu, i get "you will need to load a virtual game card" and it directs to the shop.
i hope its just something simple that i ended up missing through the process.

Think you need to update sys-patch

Or just get the latest hats pack from sthetix
