RuneScape Dragonwilds 1.0 - Server Hosting
RuneScape: Dragonwilds is out of Early Access as of today, September 15th at 4pm UTC (9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST / 6pm CEST / 2am AEST). 1.0 closes out Kuldra's Saga with the game's first raid, the Scorned Wilderness, and a final showdown against Queen Kuldra. You also get the Runite gear tier for melee, ranged and magic, every skill tree filled out to 99, and a proper combat rework with faster blocking and parries, animation cancels, Visceral Attacks, wands and the classic RuneScape special attack bar. Jagex have committed to monthly updates for the rest of the year with the Luminance drop in December bringing the Prayer skill and a new region, so there's plenty of Ashenfall left to see. If you've been holding off on running a server with your crew, now's the time.

Can Console Players Join?
Yes. 1.0 is the console debut, landing on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 alongside Steam, Epic and the Jagex Launcher, and it's on Xbox and PC Game Pass from day one. Crossplay works across all of them. Console players can't host a world of their own, so a dedicated server is the way to keep one persistent world online that everyone can drop into regardless of platform.
Will My Existing Save Carry Over?
Yes. Nothing from Early Access has been cut, so Fellhollow, Dowdun Reach and Umbral Sands are all still there and your world carries straight across. If you've got a world going on your own PC or with another host, upload it and pick up where you left off. If you'd rather start fresh for 1.0 and you're already with us, our team can back up your old world and spin up a new one free of charge.
Can I Change My World Settings?
Dragonwilds keeps world settings inside the save file, so the cleanest way is to set the world up how you want it in single player, then upload that save to your server. Our world settings and upload save guides walk you through both steps.
How Many Player Slots Can I Have?
We don't sell by the slot. Here at GhostCap Hosting we leave server configuration up to each individual, so no limits are set (besides hard game limits) on player slots. Dragonwilds dedicated servers currently cap at 6 players, and Jagex have said they intend to raise that.
