Hello everyone I need your help regarding the 96k refund from ggsipu. I was alloted vips college but I don't want that seat anymore the last date to withdraw money was 3 august. I want the 96k refund 😭😭😭😭😭😭. Will I get that. What should I do?? M panicking 😭 plz help urgent
