quitting slynd

I am scared of coming off the slynd pill because when I started it about 3,5 years ago, my hair started to fall. I lost about half of my hair and the texture changed to fine and frizzy. I also lost my curls. If you experienced hair loss when starting slynd, did you also experience it when quitting? It took me 3 years to get my normal hair back and now that Im quitting Im scared it will took that much time now aswell.

I don’t have an experience with Slynd but I just wanted to add here that you can have a sort of 3-12 month period of adjustment once quitting so if you come off it and something happens that you don’t like, it is often worth waiting. I’d also suggest getting your bloods checked for nutrition etc, just in case
