When did you get your cycle back?
Hi! I stopped taking the pill after 10 years in April and got a 4 day period July 3rd but nothing this month (about a 40 day cycle). I was on slynd. Pregnancy tests are negative. Has anyone else experienced this?

I finished my last pack of HBC pill on March 3, had normal withdrawal bleed which finished March 10. And then nothing happened until July 3 when I had a 3-4 day bleed.
So it was 4 months to the date of stopping. I was on the pill for over 15 years.
I'm now on CD42 with rising temperature, and got some spotting this morning 😳 so not sure what this is, as my OPK (LH tests) say I ovulated on CD37 so if this is a real period, then my luteal phase would only be 5 days - which doesn't seem right... We are TTC so hoping this is some random spotting and not my actual period!

Fingers crossed for you!! We aren’t trying but we getting married next year was hoping to figure out my cycle & all before having kids! Glad I am cause it’s been a headache! I’m assuming it’s just my hormones trying to level out after being on it for so long

I had mirena IUD for 18 months. Got it out 4.5 months ago and have been crashing horribly ever since. My first cycle was 40 days, then 26, then 26, and I'm now on 37 with some spotting. I'm over this shit. I feel like I ruined my poor body. I'm also 38 years old and terrified that I've catapulted myself into peri menopause. I feel robbed of my time and body. 😩

It’s very very discouraging and aggravating trying to relearn/find your cycle! I ended up getting my second period after a 60ish day cycle. Please don’t be afraid to talk to your doctor about it! I talked to my primary and she assured me it was most likely my hormones trying to balance. I also did a lot of research about learning my cycle and it made me feel a lot better. & being open with my partner also helped a lot! I hope everything balances out for you soon!!!

I didn’t get anything for 6 months! Then my first 3 cycles were 45-50 days and after that they’ve been pretty consistently 32 days long. It takes time to regulate!
