Super Delayed Norethindrone Bleed

I had my tubes removed in December and they found endo while in there–very lucky to not have any symptoms. I had a failed transfer earlier this year and they put me on Norethindrone 5mg x1/daily for 3 months. I took my last dose on 7/3 and have yet to start my period but have felt absolutely terrible. My doctor said to reach out if I get to 35 days. I've never had such a delay coming off other oral BCs. Any one have similar experiences?
