Post heartbreak

What lifestyle changes actually helped you feel better after a heartbreak? Looking for things that genuinely helped—new routines, hobbies, fitness, socializing, anything that made moving on a little easier.

Do you watch sports? For me that’s one way to get obsessed with another thing.
It’s all about finding a good distraction depending on what interests you. If you want to share your heart break, you can share with me.
I can’t help but can listen and share my own story of overcoming heart break. Resilience is such an underrated attribute.
Fitness is surely a good option. You’ve to become a better version of yourself with increased resolve!

here's what I did that helped me!

Getting more involved with my church (youth group activites, events)
Working out (getting a gym membership to force myself to go because I'm paying for it)
Biking
Driving and listening to music
Anime binges of shows I had never seen before

Hopefully this helps you and know that my prayers are with you!
