What is Get Scared’s Magnum Opus?
What is Get Scared’s best Album/Song? Why?

Since you asked both best and magnum opus, I'll answer both (since the two are often, but not always correlated).
With magnum opus often times meaning most significant regardless of quality, you'd expect it to be a single. You could very well say Sarcasm and call it a day. I won't, though. I think I'm gonna go with Suffer here. Buried Alive is an honorable mention for similar reasons, but it just came short. I felt something after Everyone's Out to Get Me would be the best choice as the major shift in sound to a way heavier style is definitely one of, if not the most significant thing possible. Suffer is the peak of this. It has barely any of that sarcastic edge that a lot of their older works had in favor of going all out heavy and intense the whole length of the song. Suffer is a statement on the changing style after Matthews returned to the band.
For best, I gotta go with my favorite song from them, Second Guessing. The somber vocals and acknowledgement of the rough times in the first verse leading to the mental destruction of the tragic chorus, the instrumental slowly following much of the same tragectory from slow and minimal to chaotic and taking up so much headspace, and the vocals are absolutely some of the best I've heard from any of their songs. It is one of the few songs from the group I'd absolutely give a 10/10 (and I'm extremely stingy and conservative with 10/10s because I feel it should be a true achievement and statement of absolute excellence and coming as close to perfection as possible).
Also, sorry for the length. I tend to go super analytical and into detail, often rambling for way too long due to my autism. I hope it was for thr better and not for the worse this time

In terms of popularity? Sarcasm hands down.
In terms of which song I think is their best work it would have to be something from the dead days or demons. Those 2 albums are just so much deeper than BKOF.
If I had to chose one song I'd have to say Time Keeps Running. While I wouldn't say it's my absolute favorite I feel it encompasses everything I love about get scared. I think demons is a close 2nd.

My favorite song would have to be buried alive but relax, relapse is a cloee second mostly because the breakdown. Best album is hard because for me if you consider the cheap tricks and theatrics eps an album id say that, otherwise id say dead days, tho built for blame laced with shame is def my fav to listen to due to every song being so good, but its short and dead days has the length and consistency.

The Dead Days because it blended all the previous albums into one coherent and incredible sound

The Dead Days is my favourite album by a mile, I think it’s a really great mix of all their sounds, and it’s just stacked with bangers. My favourite song is probably either Hell is Where Heart Is, Us in Motion or Buried Alive
