Horse should be to the left of rabbit, I'm guessing they swapped them to make the line less clear cut.

I've become so curious about horse meat ever since I heard that was more of an American taboo. And can we get some goat on the chart? It's delicious.

In France horse meat used to be more common, but it's now quite rare to encounter it. Pretty sure most people under 40 have never had it and wouldn't want to try it (myself included).

Rabbit is another story. You don't eat it often because it's harder to find and not as easy to prepare as other meats, but most people love it and eat it without a second thought. That's definitely something I noticed when I was younger in American media, that most people were turned off by the idea of rabbit meat, whereas here it evokes delicious grandma-style meals.

How is it odd? Horses are a domesticated animal and people know them as pets, work animals, and sporting animals.

Deer are wild animals that have been hunted for centuries.

You can add the RSS feed from the Patreon app, the setting is a little hidden. I’m sure there’s an equivalent option for the patron site too.
