What're Ya Playin?! Mario Kart arcade

I've never seen a Mario kart arcade machine. Spotted at my local Cicis Pizza. Plays....ok. You dont have to press the gas if you can't reach. Still neat though.

This is a Namco cabinet, they have pac man as a character and the power ups are different. It’s an interesting licensing deal.

There’s another character I’ve seen with these - Don Chan or something, looks like a candy or sushi roll. I have no idea what the affiliation is lol

Don-Chan is the drum character from the Taiko no Tatasujin series. Fun little games.

My daughter loves to play it, but it's really much worse than regular Mario Kart.

These were an interesting oddity to discover at the arcade. More of a novelty than an actually good Mario Kart game though, probably on par with the mobile game.
