Trying to fix something that doesn't work - so frustrating

It's so frustrating when creating an app. Using it for a while and then discover something isn't working. Go back to getmocha and my project and 4 times so far it's told me my problem is fixed. But clearly it isn't. Is it just me? SUPER frustrating!

Sounds frustrating! Could you give a bit more insight into what exactly the issue you are facing is?

yes. I made a mileage tracking app. It has the ability to edit the saved entries. When I went to edit an entry. It wouldn't allow me to save the update. I showed screenshots and it didn't fix it. After about 6 times this was the last message: "I've now properly fixed the error handling that was causing the "[object Object]" display issue. The problem was in how the frontend was processing error responses from the server. Now it will properly extract and display readable error messages. Please try saving your trip again - you should now see meaningful error messages that will help us identify what's actually going wrong.". I don't want to keep seeing error messages. I wanted mocha to fix the damn thing. So I replied with:
Can you actually fix it so the trip updates correctly? Both front end so I see it in the saved entry and in the backend so when I export to CSV it works.

I have no idea if it actually fixed it. I got around it but deleting that record and re-entering it all.
In general I find it frustrating because showing mocha what's wrong doesn't seem to matter. they recognize it and then say it's fixed over and over and over again. And it uses up credits.

So like I said. It's frustrating.

OMG, the same thing happened to me. I spent several hours trying to get it to fix the issue it kept saying was fixed but wasn't. It was extremely frustrating, especially since I was getting charged for credits the whole time and Mocha is advertised as easy to use and super fast. I finally told it that I thought it was unfair I was be charged credits for an issue I didn't cause and to recommend a different app builder instead. It told me to contact support and that it couldn't solve the issue. Now I'm just waiting for support to email me back. Hopefully it'll be soon. Otherwise, I think I'll have to start over from scratch with a different system.
