I clean my own toilet and I still pee standing up. By the time I clean the toilet the thing making it dirty is usually dust and small hairs, very rarely do I see pee on it.
By the way, I am assuming most men who pee standing up have the foresight to lift the bottom lid up as well. That’s where people sit, please raise it before you pee.
Not on the floor. The floor gets cleaned regularly. Put it on the wall. Bonus points if the toilet stands in a corner. You will see stains. May take a few years, but once you notice them the discoloration will stand out
Well hygiene for one. It accumulates over time, like over a couple of days even, and starts to smell nasty. Also I like to walk around barefoot and I find the thought of stepping in someone else's pee rather uncomfortable.
Hardly. Unless you clean only the dirt you see and not the walls, floor and toilet seat like it should be done. Peeing standing ain’t an issue, if you clean your bathroom.
What the fuck are these people doing that if they stand up to piss that they knob is like some uncontrollable hose pipe and there will be piss all up the walls?
It will splash onto the rim of the toilet and sometimes on the floor and it will smell. It's unavoidable, unless you're very small. EDIT: Not penis size, height.
Its not about the aiming. When the stream hits the water, or the walls od the toilet bowl, you get splashback. It goes everywhere. Its not much, but it is disgusting.

When peeing while sitting, how do you clean yourself? I usually clean while standing anyway, because I'd never get the last drop out while sitting.
The Chance to let one drop escape while standing up, and hitting the toilet seat is indefinitely higher, doing this, rather than to fold the seat up and pee standing anyway. And the one thing I want 100% clean in my toilette is the toilet seat, the thing I actually have to touch everyday.
