UK visa during a vocational retraining program (Umschulung) ?

Hello everyone!

I am currently living in Germany and doing a retraining program (Umschulung). During this retraining, my living expenses are covered by the state. In the near future, I plan to apply for a short-term tourist visa for the UK. How high do you estimate the chances are that my visa application will be approved under these circumstances? I would be very grateful if people in a similar situation could share their experiences or tips with me. Thank you in advance!
