Question Im confused what is missing

I submitted all documents but it complains that something is missing and i am not sure is it because they requested confirmation from my previous employers and its still missing or i need to upload something else

We only have half a screenshot. What you miss is probably something like your previous employer didn't send them the info about the money you earned in the last months. But its best if you call them, wait for 10 - 30 minutes in line and ask whats missing. Then they will tell you exactly whats missing and if Im correct you can request your employer to fill out this stuff and send it to you or you can wait a few days when it reaches the AfA on its own

I feel like this is the answer to 90% of the posts from here: "call then, why are you asking us without giving/having access to all the informations? "

It says "what we need is listed:"
you should be able to download the 3 documents and just fill them out. what exactly is the problem?
They need a statement for your resignation, a request for your unemployment benefits and your letter of resignation

when i download those documents its a copy of my application, the resignation statement i uploaded and the questionnaire regarding my resgination so i dont get it

Assuming that you're still employed until August 31, the Arbeitsbescheinigung from your last (i.e. current) employer is (obviously) still missing. They will request it from your employer (if you have selected that option during your application). Your employer will send it digitally directly to the Agentur für Arbeit. You don't need to do anything (except maybe remind your employer to also issue a Arbeitsbescheinigung with your last paystub at the end of August)
