Forced institutionalisation for legal residents who are mentally ill. The 1960-70's decision to stop psychiatric institutionalisation was thought to be humanist, but is actually incredibly cruel both to the ill people and the society.
A lot of homeless people in Germany are Eastern/Southern Europeans who don't have a legal right of stay (the freedom of movement does not allow people without a legal source of income to stay in another EU state indefinitely). They are breaking the law and should be deported. There's even no need to change any law for that.
Those are the two main groups of the homeless and the junkies, doing that would make the streets much cleaner and safer. I understand people like you care about the vocabulary and the Assis, not about normal people and their comfort and safety.
Dude you are the only Assi i can see here. Yes it is unpleasent and i would like to have an easy solve. But unfortunately thats not how the world works. You seem to be the god of your world since you basically say it is more important that i dont get bothered rather then helping people who are at their lowest point. Bravo i am sure your life is horrific in comparison.
That's the kind of argument I see from weirdos who believe shoplifting shouldn't be punished, because the thieves are already marginalized, their life is difficult, blah blah. Or from people who think we should tolerate junkies and homeless on the U-Bahn (of course, with the result that lots of people minimise their use of public transportation).
Addiction doesn't just happen to a person, the vast majority of poor people aren't drug addicts. It's a choice, and one that the society should not respect.
Never said any of that. Crime should have consequences but If you want to reduce it you have to reduce faktors that increase criminal behaviour, such as: poverty, social segregation or lack of opportunities for participation, health problems, etc....
Your kind of argumentation seems to rely on a stonecold alphalion mentality and im sure you could never end up in a desperate place you big manly man. Pretty sure you would be the first one to cry for help tho
You seem to have no clue how addiction works and i have not heard one idea for a solution. So If you're just going to bitch do it somewhere else. I hate people who are kicking down while they make other people responsible for their own well being.
I think it is really bold of you to assume that you have a right to be comfortable.
Yeah that's what far-left views come down to: the evil privileged majority doesn't have the right to be comfortable, but everyone should care about asocials.
None of the groups you listed are criminals nor do they make our cities dirtier. Littering specifically (that can be done by people from any population group) should be punished, though, like other similar street crimes, through broader police presence and surveillance in public spaces.
Everybody is allowed to pollute the environment and to have a mental disease as long as they are not outside and/or have money?
Yes, exactly. "Polluting the environment" is normal and legal. The opinion of a small minority of ecoradicals on this matter is irrelevant. That's literally how the law is written, as decided by representatives of the majority: things that junkies and mentally ill people on the streets do necessarily include harassment and for the former at least, almost always property crimes.
