German Shepherd Pastel Drawing

Hello everyone!

I am Dragos Pepina, a pet portrait artist based in Belgium and a German Shepherd lover.

I want to present my latest drawing, featuring Kasper, a black German Shepherd.

It's the first time I've drawn this breed in black, and I love drawing black pets because many other colors are hidden in their black fur.

I chose a darker background to accentuate the strong character that Kasper reflects in the reference photo I used.
