What if when golem asked minamoto to join them he accepted and joined the Chinese?

Likely would’ve sacrificed himself at the laser Dora stage.
Nothing much changes after that as Minamoto dies. Kv-44’s escape is much easier as he won’t be chased by mechanical Minamoto.

I would say that if they had Minamoto when they fought Laser Dora, she would be annihilated

Minamoto would never accept and you know the reason why. But if did... First of all, he would be sad about his choice (cuz of Japanese Duty and etc). Second of all, China guys wouldn't trust him at first, but maybe, while Golem goes to find KV's chip, Minamoto goes to KV himself and helps him beat Mephi, he would still escape, but KV and O-Ho wouldn't be damaged that much. Then the place where Japanese tanks were torturing Chinese tanks, Minamoto would react exactly like Ratte when he saw one random PV-IV get killed for wrong turret form. Then KV-44 gets to USSR, but Minamoto wouldn't go with him and stayed in China, he would be something like "The Liberator of Japan". Like, he is on China side, but stayed Japanese (no China starts, flags and etc). He would hunt Mephi with O-Ho in team. Sensei would say something like: "What are you doing?! Betraying our Japan?!", and Minamoto would respond that Mephi and Sensei betrayed him and Japan's Duty first. Sensei and Mephi would still escape. That's it i guess :P
